If you read the link you posted, and others... they're really not a benefit... the ONLY benefit you'd get from them is the freeing of the mechanical energy required to run the mechanical fan clutch. But its already been stated, that past 3000rpms, the fan clutch flows more... up to 6000+cfm. Those spal fans are limited to 2950cfm combined... and they're loud as piss... they are really obnoxiously loud... I tried hooking mine up with a thermo sensor that would make them kick on over 170, but it was tempermental, and flaked out, I had to hard wire them when I had mine, and its just not worth it... they really don't fit well either. If you're only going to drive your Z in the city, or occasionally on the highway, they're great... but if you're looking to road rash, cruise at 3000+rpms constantly... they're a hinderance, unless you wire them with a switch so you can flick them off... Overall, there is not enough of a benefit to install them in the end... =( They fit the NA radiator better than the TT radiator... but the NA really does not need them either. But to each his own. I tried it, and it didn't work for me. Guy I sold them to loves them though! Go figure.
